Shelter Realty is a locally owned and operated full service property management company. We offer a complete digital marketing campaign, detailed tenant screening process (credit and background checks, income verification, length of residency, payment history, etc), frequent and thorough property inspections (to include a detailed move-in inspection + routine inspections every 6 months + detailed move-out inspection, all completed electronically with a web-based program with color pictures), maintenance management (repairs, HOA compliance, etc), and accounting (rent collection, eviction services, direct deposit of rental income, utility compliance and payment, etc).
Shelter Realty opened in January 2011 by former Henderson Police Officer, Tony Sena whose been a licensed Real Estate Broker/Agent since 2001. He owns and manages numerous Las Vegas Real Estate websites that generate tens of thousands of unique visitors each and every month. He developed one of the largest real estate networking websites, WannaNetwork.com which was recognized as a “Real Estate Networking Tool for the Real Estate Industry” by Realtor Magazine in 2006.
Tony Sena, Broker / Owner
I’m a native of the Las Vegas Valley and a former police officer for the City of Henderson. Prior to opening Shelter Realty, Inc., I was a real estate broker/salesperson and designated property manager with North American Realty of Nevada.
Sandra Kuzik, Broker-Salesperson
Sandra has worked with Shelter Realty for over 10 years and love the fact that this is not a giant corporate organization. I’ve always been able to get help and support, as well as have my ideas for marketing or growth listened to.
Brittany Eicks, Broker-Salesperson, Property Manager
Brittany is a Las Vegas native and a Broker-Salesperson. She graduated from UNLV with a degree in Accounting and works in the Accounting Department at Shelter Realty. She assists with sales and listings as well.
Rachelle Fryer, Maintenance Coordinator, Property Manager
Rachelle is the office manager and is also the maintenance coordinator at Shelter Realty. She has 3 years previous commercial property management experience as well.
Sachi Reeske, Property Manager
Sachi has been a realtor since 2004 and obtained her Property Management permit in 2011. She interprets Japanese investors who need help and ensures they have the care and support they need.
Gracie Smyth, Field Agent
Gracie is one of two field technicians for Shelter Realty. She enjoys working with her co-workers and believes they all work together as a team. She has over 10 years experience in the property management industry.
Audri Schultz, Property Manager and Leasing Coordinator
Audri is the leasing coordinator of the property management division. She has 10 years property management experience in both northern and southern Nevada and a degree in horticulture.
Cathy Vrissis, Field Agent
Cathy is a Field Agent with Shelter Realty for 6 yrs with 10 yrs experience in the Property Management Industry. Cathy is from Long Island, New York, lived in Florida and Moved to Vegas 11 yrs ago, and Is a Big Golden Knights Fan!!
Ellen Gilbert, Receptionist, Administrative Assistant
Ellen Gilbert is the receptionist and administrative assistant to the Property Managers and has been at Shelter Realty for six years.
