When I called, I spoke with Melissa and she advised she would have someone respond by 5 pm.  Since it was almost 4:30, I was quite happy I would only have to wait around thirty minutes.  At exactly 5 pm, Julius with Moto-Express arrived and after explaining my situation, he was able to pop the lock within a few minutes.  Since my key didn’t work, he asked if I wanted him to re-key the lock, which I said absolutely.  After about 10 minutes he had the locks re-keyed.  I was very impressed with how quickly he responded and had the lock re-keyed.
