Very interested. Right area, right price.
Only problem is I have to buy out of my current apartment lease which will equal your deposit amounts. Is there any way to work out a delayed deposit payment? Our combined incomes are over 75K. We are qualified but do not want to use everything in savings to move.
Can we work out something? No children both employed long term (one with State of NV). Long time area residents.

Hello,is this home still available. My name is Valencia, my family and I are relocating to Las Vegas (or area) from Salt Lake City at the end of this month. I am on Section 8 here in Utah and my voucher is being transferred to Nevada. I pick up the voucher for there on the 23 rd of August. Does the property owner participate in Section 8? My voucher was told to me to be for $1200.00. It would be myself , my 17 yr.old son and 16 yr, old daughter. I will be in Vegas Aug 21-Aug 24 taking care of some business with the Housing Authority and viewing properties to move in by the end of the month.
