Las Vegas Landlord Beaten to Death
This past weekend, a Las Vegas Landlord was allegedly beaten to death with a pipe or tool by his current tenant. The Landlord confronted the tenant and was requesting that he vacate the property so his new tenant could occupy the property. According to Police reports, a fight ensued and the Landlord was beaten severely. A short time later the Landlord succumbed to injuries and passed away.
Initial reports indicate that the Landlord and tenant had an ongoing dispute over money which led to the confrontation that took place on Sunday. The Landlord loss his life in a senseless act committed by another person.
Who would have thought that managing your Las Vegas Property could be so dangerous.

this landlord was illegally renting property’s that were in default. he also stole the suspects mail and used the gift cards that were sent to him by his mom.

Even if that’s true, it doesn’t warrant being beaten to death with a weapon.
Based on the fact the Police made an arrest, there was no question it wasn’t self defense. If there was any chance this was self defense, the Police would have never made an arrest until they completed their investigation.
The tenant should have contacted the police and the US Postal Service to report the crimes, not take the law into his own hands.
